  • At Pine and Purpose Organizing, we offer personalized organizing sessions for $75 per hour. Our dedicated approach ensures that each session is tailored to your unique needs, focusing on creating efficient and sustainable solutions for your space

    Other Additional Services: Any unforeseen or client-specific services not listed will be communicated in advance and outlined clearly before incurring additional fees to your invoice.

    Terms and Conditions

    Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments can result in additional fees. Pine and Purpose Organizing accepts cash, checks, Zelle, and Venmo for no fees. ACH and Credit Card transactions are available upon request and a revised invoice will be resent with processing fees added to the total amount.

    Cancellations and Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of $75. We understand that life has unexpected occurrences, at Pine and Purpose we dedicate one project at a time per organizer to ensure we are fully focused and not stretched thin, allowing every client to be our top priority. We kindly ask that clients provide adequate notice for cancellations, so we can maintain balanced schedules and continue giving each client our undivided attention.

    Scope of Work: The agreed-upon scope of work will be outlined in the invoice in detail.

    Liability: We are not responsible for any damage to items or property during the organizing process unless caused by negligence or improper handling. We advise clients to remove or secure any fragile or valuable items before the organizing session. Each organizer is fully insured and can provide a policy upon request.

    Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and will not disclose any personal or sensitive information gained without your express consent unless required by law.

    Media Consent: At Pine and Purpose, we do not use before-and-after photos to promote our business on our website or social media platforms unless specifically requested by the client or organizer. If media is to be shared, a Media Consent Release contract will require acknowledgment.

    Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for granting access to the premises and obtaining any necessary permissions to complete the work. Clients must also inform us of any special instructions, hazards, or conditions that may affect the project before work begins. We reserve the right to halt or decline work for any reason.

    Acceptance: By scheduling a project beyond an estimate, clients acknowledge and accept our policies, terms and conditions prior to any project beginning.
