Additionally, we operate on a select client model, meaning we intentionally limit the number of clients we take on to ensure each home receives the attention it deserves. We care more about high-quality service than a high-volume of services that lack quality performance

Project timelines vary depending on the size and condition of the space. We do not offer estimations of how long project take because we never want to give our clients inaccurate expectations. Much like when you higher a contractor to work on your home and as they begin the project they find that interior walls were not as structurally sound as they anticipated so they have to rebuild the foundation first. We often times run into unforeseen challenges as well. We also handle the decision making process of our projects with intentional care. We never want to rush our clients through the emotional decision making that organizing projects often require.

Yes. Many of our clients choose ongoing support, tackling one space at a time. Clients will always be offered continued support as their lives are ever-changing and evolve. Some clients are growing their families which requires us to revisit how to expand and redesign, other clients move and we offer support to help them pack-up and move into their new home.
